Two innovative systems developed by Rauch, assigned with Silver to Agritechnica

Agritechnica 2019 is undoubtedly the event of the year for farmers and producers of machines and agricultural equipment. The largest fair of the world's profile brought thousands of farmers gathered this year, who could see the latest news in the field of agricultural technique. However, just before the fair opens their doors for visitors, the organizers announced the prizes granted to producers for the most impressive and promising developed systems. The German company Rauch Landmaschinenfabrik received two silver medals to create performance Hillcontrol system AND Multi -dosage system.

The competition recorded a large number of companies, which presented hundreds of innovations, which were analyzed and discussed in detail by an independent commission. The decision to award the prizes for the innovation of Agritechnica is taken for a simple majority vote.

The HillControl system – an even greater precision in the distribution of fertilizers on the hilly field

Existing technology allows you to apply fertilizers with a variable rate in the case of disk distributors, modifying the application point, the disk speed and the amount of dosage. However, so far, no system has been able to compensate for the modification of the distance and the distribution model that takes place in the event of work. The current solutions try to minimize the application point of application when the fertilizer is applied in the slope by reducing the height between the dosage system and the distribution plates or by forced direction of fertilizers to the distribution trays. In addition, the distribution model can be detected with radar measurement systems and, if necessary, correct during distribution.

The HillControl system created by Rauch is a software that greatly improves the accuracy of the distribution of fertilizers, in particular on the hilly land. It works in combination with a sensor of inclination and speed, located on the distribution tap, modifying the application point, the speed of the disc and the amount of dosage. Consequently, the distance and direction of the distribution of fertilizers are modified by a controlled adjustment of the application point, thus correcting the distortions that appear in the case of the slopes.

The Hillcontrol system significantly improves the accuracy of the application in the event of the use of two disc distributors, in particular on extremely hilly land.

Multi -dosage system, for greater safety in the application process

With the multi -dosage system for pneumatic distributors, developed by Rauch, the dosage units of each distribution mouth are constantly and independently regulated. The 48 volt electric unit allows extremely short adjustment times and, therefore, a rapid variation of the amount of fertilizer applied during the forward movement.

Perpendicular to the direction of the trip, the application of fertilizers can be varied in strips of 1.2 m wide, which leads to a considerably higher resolution of the space than the possibilities existing in the past. In the case of the distribution of fertilizers based on the application map, the specified values ​​are implemented with greater precision and when distributing the amendments and curves, the overdose and subdose are considerably reduced.

The application of fertilizers to the limits of the graph can also be optimized by adapting the quantity to the external opening of the distribution of the fertilizer, corroborated with a deflector plate to be used at the ends of the soil. Therefore, with the multi -dosage system -the application of fertilizers becomes much safer. The required amount of fertilizer will be distributed exactly, depending on the culture, and the amount of chemicals that reaches the underground waters can therefore be reduced. In addition, even with large work widths, up to 36 m, the small ecological areas within a land can be excluded from the fertilization process.
