1. Economy

With Rauch Aero GT 60.1 you can use a good active fertilizer of substance, but with lower quality granulation, which can be more dust and which is usually much cheaper, which means that you save a lot of money.

2. Precision

Working on the spears, with a distance between the ground and the spears of the machine between 0.5 me 1.2 m, the detour is insignificant even in high intensity wind conditions. The classic distribution equipment of solid fertilizers have even larger work widths, but they do not have such precision, the deviation of the distributed material is also high in the wind of 10 km per hour.

In the case of the urea, it is possible to apply 320 kg/ha, at a speed of 15 km/hour. It is possible to apply up to 500 kg of fertilizers per hectare, but the working speed should be reduced to 11 km/hour.

Double coverage and distribution differentiated in the same passage

The car works with mechanical training from the tractor's dial. It can be ordered via IsoBus or with Rauch monitors, also IsoBus and the GPS antenna.

For the work width of 36 but of Rauch GT 60.1, there are 6 separate fertilizers, a distributor for every six meters, which allows the distribution of different quantities in the same passage, if you use maps and applications of intelligent pharmacy and precision.

In total there are 30 nozzles, at a distance of 1.2 m, and the machine is designed with double coverage, which means that each nozzle covers 50% of the surface of the nearby nozzles, therefore the distribution of the fertilizer is performed on 2.4 m at each nozzle. Therefore, a greater amount of fertilizer can be applied by a single passage.

The distribution bar has 6 different sections, for each dosage unit. The sections can be closed manually by the machine monitor or automatically via GPS (with section control). Optionally, for external segments, it is possible to order an antilovisia protection system, more precisely, an arched system that allows the external arm to overcome if it reaches an obstacle after which it returns to position after the obstacle is overcome.

The commuting storage control system is similar to that of car herbicides -propulsive cars. Optionally, a system with two ultrasound sensors allows you to maintain the constant distance from the ground, regardless of the ground level.

The calibration is carried out very quickly, on distributor number 3, which is the first distributor on the left side behind the tractor. For calibration, a special tool is not necessary, only a tray is needed to weigh the fertilizer.

Improvement of the old model

«Rauch Aero GT 60.1 has been on the market for 20 years. But the improvements that have been made by the German manufacturer in 2020 have transformed it into an almost new machine, with much better performance and easy maintenance.

The new version has two blowers whose distribution capacity is 25% higher than the old model.

In addition, the diameter of the tube leads to the spears and all the stainless steel components have been increased with a special and very high hardness, which resists very well to wear with contact with chemical fertilizers. In addition, compared to the old model, where it was necessary to change the entire block, in the new model, each plastic tube can be modified separately, so maintenance is more efficient and less expensive.

We recommend the optional system for lanes in lane if you use technological paths and allow you to distribute the fertilizer after the wheels. According to the manufacturer's calculations, it is possible to save up to 5% of the fertilizer applied per hectare.

The suspension of the machine is hydropneumatic, offering very high stability both at work on irregular land and on the transport on the road.

The farms in Romania who work with Rauch Aero GT have over 1,000 hectares, but were interested in machinery and farmers operating around 400-500 hectares. The new improved Rauch GT models can also be purchased through the buy-back system and we already have customers who want to replace their old models with the new much more efficient version. Although all machinery manufacturers currently have difficulty, the new machines can be delivered within 6-8 months of the order.

A variant wore, of smaller and smaller capacity

A variant worn by the divinity of the Rauch Aer GT solids, with capacity, but also half price compared to the treated version, but in an identical way, it will be available for Romanian farmers next year. For now, there are only 30 units tested in Germany. The car was presented in 2019 in Agritechinca, in Hanover, and attracted great interest from customers.
