The shortest periods of collection, the constantly changing climatic conditions and the legal restrictions impose growing requirements for both farmers and agricultural technology they use. The new operational concept Fendone, oriented to the future, offers simple solutions to meet these requirements more easily. The three new generations in the Fendt 500, 900 and 1000 Vario series recently launched in the annual press conference of the German manufacturer Fingertone. All the characteristics of intelligent agriculture, specific for precision agriculture contribute to the increase in the quantity and quality of the products, while reducing the human effort necessary to achieve production.

Fendone – Solution to the current challenges of farms

The legal requirements relating to relationships expand constantly, as well as the requirements for sustainable agriculture and the pressure of prices on agricultural products. All these press the pressure on farmers and contractors around the world increase in an economic and effective way. The basis of a successful economic farm is the deep knowledge of the operational values ​​and these figures are, in turn, the key to sustainable management.

It is a better way to plan, organize and record staff data and the use of the tractor, as well as work orders, saving precious hours of work on the field. With the field limits and the routes already recorded in a precise format on the vehicle, it is possible to fully use the tractor's ability.

In the meantime, the Fendone working station on board offers a series of solutions to increase tractor's efficiency. The functions of intelligent pharmacy, such as driving the routes, elaborating the subsection and optimizing the connected machines, allow you to use, in the long term, less fuel and resources, savings on working time and the work of the operator is facilitated.

When working with a fertilizer distributor or a trailer, it is necessary to record precisely and look at the amount of nutrients applied. Now you can allow Fendt Task DOC to complete the reporting activities relating to your computer. The Profi+ Vin models have Fendt Task DOC in standard equipment. In Fendone Offboard, you can plan the job and send it to the tractor through the mobile network. While the work is done, Fendt Task Doc is collected on board the agronomic data, including the actual volumes to be applied. After completing, you will be able to view an employment relationship in Fendone Off -Board and you will be able to use this data to apply your nutrients stock in a durable way. In addition, the documentation allows you to respect the food industry standards.

On the field, on the field, the new operational concept We push Fendone facilitates work. Operators can customize the display on different 12 «terminal windows on the armrest and on the (optional) 12» terminal on the ceiling. The operator can permanently follow all the relevant functions. Fingertone Further simplifies the exploitation of complex combinations of machinery. Use the multifunctional joystick to control the functions of the tractor and isbus. And from now there is the new Joystick 3L, to which it is possible to assign up to 27 IsoBus functions on the three levels. The Joystick 3L can be used for controlling compatible machines with complex IsoBus, without the need for external joystick (if the connected machine accepts the AUX-N standard).

Another intelligent solution to optimize the efficiency of the connected machines is TIM (management of the implemented tractor), with which the tractor is perfectly adapted to the machine requirements, increasing its general productivity. Together with a compatible TIM connected machine, such as the Fendt Tigo XR trailer, the specific functions of the tractor are controlled, such as, for example, the travel speed, to optimize the contribution of the power supply according to the collection conditions. The tractor accelerates for greater quantities of material collected in the fence and slows down for minor quantities. As a result, the pick-up (the lifting spit) always works in the best conditions, the connected machine works at maximum capacity and the operator can concentrate completely on the surveillance of the loading process.

Precision of centimeters of work

The tractors of the Power+ and Profi+ model include the standard band package, which means that they are ready for the FENDT guide. It is possible to opt for various guide functions on technological paths for soil precision works, including Fendt Contour Assistant, Fendt I car and (November) Fendt Ti Headland.

Fendt Ti Headland is an advanced package for the return sequences at the end of the row and includes Fendt Car and Fendt Turn Assistant. Fendt automatically triggers the sequence of the work passages when crossing the ordinary end line, without the need to manually activate the process through the joystick. With the Fendt Turn Assistant, the tractor and the connected machine automatically return according to the pre -alcoholic return processes. The soil is developed efficiently and precisely and avoids any useless overlap and therefore reduces fuel consumption and resources such as seeds and fertilizers.

Full Fendt TI (Teach in) features will be available for the November 2021 order. Customers with the Fenndone driver who have already ordered Fendt I car will be able to update (free) at Fendt Ti Headland in 2025.

Complete connectivity with Fendt Connect

With the central telemetry system Fendt ConnectYou can manage your fleet from any place you discover and at the same time optimize the functioning of the equipment. Fendt Connect can export the data of the equipment, such as the position in which they are, as well as the extensive data can be the fuel consumption and the level of Adblue, productivity, flow, speed, working hours, etc. These data are therefore ready for viewing in the app (on the phone/tablet) or on the web. Agricultural administrators can permanently follow their tractors and know how to feed fuel or adblue. Fendt Connect must be installed to use the entire range of features available with Fendone Offboard, including the display of real -time data in map format.

With the owner's agreement, the dealer can also access the tractor data. By analyzing the error codes and future service intervals from anywhere, you can reduce the time of non -operation or you can avoid them completely and you can plan the planning of the service. The data relating to the tractor are not stored and not transmitted. The entire process complies with the rigorous regulations of the General European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
