«Today are nine, tomorrow ten!» It is a word that I remember since the time of the army. He also had a continuation. It is possible that that continuation contains a oath, a very useful element at that moment, at least for the following benefits: it gave weight to the message, it was easier to remember and gave you a «fresh» type when you said.

But this word full of wisdom has actually transmitted the next message «you will see that you will not realize how long». I think it happened to our colleagues who have done or will do 10 years in Mewi.

I bow in front of them and I wish them many moments further as follows, in order of entry on the field (sorry for the comparison with football «, one of the many things I don't understand): Ami Vinereanu, Ionuț Gogoaniant (Striker), Alwin Zebrak (defender), Costin Mărntine (Striker), Jaromir, Raduri, Raduri) (midfielder), Truczkai (defender), Sandor Baroti (defender), Mihaela Novursscu (goalkeeper), Vasile Todirechi (defender), Tania Bader, Alexandru Nyeki (defender).

10 years … will it be a lot, will it be a bit? What can I say, like a man who sees thousands of CVs per year? I can say that in 90% of the CVs you cannot find it: continuity for 10 years in the same company! And this makes them special, leads them directly to that 10%selected club. They are not like most.

Yet I can't help but ask myself: how to stay for 10 years in a company (and, worse still, I don't give the signs that would go soon 😊). Is it something special for them? Is it something special to Mewi? Or both? Is it like chemistry, their «substance» reacts with the Mewi «substance» and creates a «concrete» combination?

For a possible answer, I proceeded while I learned from an expert coach: what do you do when someone asks you that you have not answered, but you don't even want to seem that you don't know? Ask people in the room, take the answers and, guaranteed, you will seem more intelligent than you. 😊

So, I put some answers received in the pile:

«When I was hired, it was a lot for me that behind Mewi it was a German company on the field, with a tradition of over 200 years and with an impressive wallet of cars and machines. I have always had support, when I needed it, and I constantly felt that I was offered the opportunity to grow in this company.

Mewi is a family, a family that grows from year to year and takes care of his children.

Now I allow myself to give my opinion. People are 10 years here. All the milk and honey were all this time? Certainly no (hell, no!, As the French would say), I know that only work here. 😊

They certainly «collected» many times, they certainly woke up and at night from the sleep persecuted by a service problem, they certainly spent them at least once to say «stop, I want to go down!». And now I will quote Radu Tiant, which he has not done for 10 years: «Man is not what he gives, but what he knows how to collect it!» 😊

I conclude that people had the power to overcome difficult moments, they knew how to evaluate good things, load with energy from them and go on … and even enjoy the journey.

Brave people, Mewi thanks you for the 10 -year -old slice of life you spent together. So much so that Mewi does not exist, there are only people who have a lot in common, they find their fulfillment by working together and who do a damn good job! 😊
