Aspiration control mechanisms in the dosage unit

To begin with, the aspiration of the grains: the power drawer check how many beans reach the dosage unit and, therefore, the supply of the dosage disc. The drawer can also be used to completely separate the dosage unit from the seed power supply, so that the seed box is not emptied if, for example, the dosage disk is changed. In addition, the position of the drawer of power influences the suction behavior of the grains and, therefore, the result of the separation. In general, for larger cereals, such as corn or beans, the drawer can be opened a little longer and for the smallest – sugar or rapeseed, the drawer can be closed a little longer. More seeds in the dosage unit, the grains are more precise, because the grains that are taken on the horifice of the dosage disc must not be «pushed» by a large amount of cereals in the power area. Of course, you have to make sure there are always enough seeds in the dosage unit. The so -called agitated pockets are integrated into dosage discs. They constantly mix the seed warehouse and ensure that the beans in the power area always move and cannot be blocked. Therefore, the appearance of «empty» is prevented from the moment in which cereal detection.

After detecting the cereals, the possible overlaps are eliminated by the universal separator. As soon as the cereals have been taken, five separation fingers penetrate easily in the upper and lower part and remove beans and double redundant. The separator was designed so that it is not necessary to adjust on the dosage disc, thus facilitating the functioning of the entire system.

The cereals are then transported to the exit for the berries of the dosage units. The grains pass through the final section of the emptiness area, respectively the overpressure, more precisely, through the gasket integrated in the coverage of the dosage unit. The grains no longer adhere to the holes of the dosage disc and, on the Airvac system, fall directly to the ground through the fall tube. Subsequently, they are attached to the tightening roller, so that the grains cannot be rolled and incorporated. With the speed seed system, the grains are attacked by another air current immediately after the overpressure area has been sealed. They are inserted in the high -speed sowing furrow through a wheat transport pipe, they are attacked by the bra and the incorporated roller. Due to this active and controlled transport, an excellent longitudinal distribution of grains is obtained even at working speeds up to 15 km/h.

Strengths: sensors system, monitoring and cleaning wheel

At the «shooting» pipeline, respectively to the fall tube, the accuracy of the fall of wheat in both systems is monitored by an optical wheat count sensor. The sensor can detect both the objectives and overlapping. In addition, it can identify the distance between the grains and, based on this information, calculates the variation coefficient, which is an indicator to be precise of the longitudinal distribution. It also records the number of cereals sown and calculates the deviation from the target quantity and real quantity. The operator can clearly see this information on the terminal as an average value for the entire sowing. It is also possible to view the values ​​determined for a single line. If the tank is empty and is not sown berries, an «zero grains» optical and acoustic alarm is immediately displayed on the terminal.

After the grains remained, the last component used is an escape wheel from the lid of the dosage unit. The star -shaped wheel drips all the holes of the dosage disc and, if necessary, remove the broken cereals that have been blocked or clean any other dirt. This allows all holes to be clean and free, that the grains are taken and therefore prevents the appearance of the holes.

Set culture, sowing density and technological paths through the terminal

The dosage units are managed by electric motors. The sowing density can be adjusted comfortably through the terminal. The transition to another type of culture also requires a minimum manual intervention. In addition to adapting the dosage disk and, if necessary, the cleaning wheel, you just have to insert the correct type of collection in the terminal. Therefore, the parameters of cereal monitoring are customized according to the respective culture. Therefore, functions as a sectioncontrol and variables are available in standard equipment. Sowing must be managed only through a terminal in which these functions are activated. When using variables, the «Row-by Varble» function is also available for all sowing. It can be sown differentiated according to the single line and, therefore, a map of the application can be used with a resolution that corresponds to the distance between the lines. With Master, it is possible to create irrigation strips or free configurable technological paths. Upon request, the density of sowing on the nearby rows of the band is automatically increased by a percentage.
