What are maintenance contracts?

«Maintenance contracts are an additional service offered to our customers, in addition to the extended guarantee, with which we intend to make the customer consume his time with everything that means maintenance of the tractor or its combination.

Maintenance contract and extensive guarantees are complementary things. They can be purchased separately, but it is very good for the farmer if he puts them together. The extended guarantees contract is performed via Mewi, by the manufacturer (Fendt or Valtra), and the maintenance part is completely provided by us.

For example, if I buy a tractor tomorrow and I also buy an extensive and maintenance guarantee for 4 years or 4,000 hours, during this period I will get rid of the concerns and I will only have unexpected expenses (to say that a window stops), but the rest is covered.

If the tractor /combination is equipped with Fendt /Valtra Connect, the service workshop receives an e -mail 100 hours before the highly maintenance intervention maturity and the farmer is announced at that moment, the materials are prepared and the intervention is established. The farmer has no care to follow the hours, be careful not to exceed deadlines.«

What are the concrete advantages?

«Maintenance can be paid in different stages, depending on how advantageous and comfortable for the farmer. There is the option in which it can be purchased in full, at the beginning or, the most advantageous for the farmer, is with payment to the number of hours of activity.
