Competition Regulation of Facebook – Simulator Farming Campaign22

Section 1. The organizer of the competition

1.1. The organizer of the competition (called the following «Farming Simulator22») is Mewi Export Agrar Industrietechnik Srl, based in DN69 Timișoara-Arad, km 22, 307305 Ortięsoaa, Jud. Timiō, recorded at the commercial register with n. J35/2384/1994, to which: 6280007.

1.2 The competition will be conducted according to the provisions of this regulation (hereinafter called «Regulation») which is mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to modify or modify the regulation, with the obligation to officially announce the public, in the same way that the initial information was made.

Section 2. The place and duration of the competition

2.1 The competition will take place on 18-24 November 2021 on the Mewi Facebook page,

Section 3. Rights and conditions of participation

3.1 The competition is accessible to all natural or legal people residing in Romania, with the age of 18, who comply with the conditions of this regulation and which follow the indications present in this regulation.

3.2 cannot participate in employees of the organizer and other companies involved in this action, as well as their first degree relatives. Participation in this competition has the value of full acceptance, freely agreed and outside of any constraint of the provisions of this regulation. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the regulation.

3.3 The right to participate in the competition is automatically canceled in the situation in which a person provides false, incorrect or inappropriate information in completing personal data.

3.4 In order to participate in the competition, the participants must have a Facebook account, integrated with a valid e -mail address and real names / real names. A user account can be created on:

Section 4. Personal data protection

4.1 to all participants are guaranteed rights in accordance with law 677/2001 for the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, respectively the right to information, the right to access data, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right to not be subject to an individual decision and the right to face justice. The organizer will use the personal data provided by the participants to register for the competition exclusively in order to announce and identify the winner.

Section 5. The mechanism of competition

5.1 Users will discover the competition on Mewi's Facebook page. Users can register for the competition between 18 and 24 November 2021, as follows:

1. Enter the Mewi Facebook page;
2. I am writing to the post in which the competition is communicated on the Mewi Facebook page a comment with the connection of a Fendt tractor on www.mewi.ro with which they would like to work in the simulator's agricultural game and the reason for the choice;

5.2 To be registered in the competition and be able to win the Farming Simulator22 PC, users must publish the aforementioned comment.

Section 6. The prizes of the competition

6.1 The PHARMING22 GAME simulator PC will be awarded as a prize.

Section 7. The designation of the winner

7.1 The winner will be appointed by a representative of the organizer according to the creativity of the answers. All participants in the competition must meet the conditions of the regulation.

Section 8. The notification and teaching of the prize

8.1 The winners of the Facebook competition will be informed of the result of the competition on November 25, 2021 after the juries are completed, as follows: they will be displayed on the Mewi page on Facebook in a dedicated post.

8.2 The awarded prizes will be delivered by Courier, the prize delivery receiver must be certified in writing (for example: based on the delivery ratio that receives in the duplicate). The prizes will be delivered within 15-30 calendar days from the date of completion of the campaign, after the transmission by each participant to the complete information necessary to transmit the prize, based on the conditions of the regulation.

8.3 If the winners do not send 72 hours the information requested by the organizer from a private message on Facebook, they will lose the right to receive the prize. The organizer is not responsible for the delay in the announcement of the winners for reasons that do not.

Section 9. COPYRIGHT

9.1 The participant is the only responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may appear following the inadequate publication or copyright on Facebook.com.

Section 10. Cessation of the competition

10.1 This competition will cease the law on November 24, 2021, at 23.59 and could cease before the expiry in the case of a great strength event, which makes it impossible.

10.2 The organizer if he invokes the strength Majeure, is required to communicate to the participants in the campaign the existence within 5 (five) working days from the occurrence of the Forza Majeure.

10.3 By informing the public of this decision, the campaign will cease/suspend by law and no part interested will be able to claim its continuation or any type of damage.

Section 11. The regulation of competition

11.1 The competition regulation is available for free on www.mewi.ro/reguulamentampanie. By participating in this competition, participants agree to respect this regulation. Any changes will be communicated to this regulation

Section 12. Taxes and taxes

12.2 The participants in the campaign are not imposed on additional or indirect expenses, with the exception of normal campaign expenses (expenses relating to Internet access to participate or request the regulation).

Section 13. Come on Majeure

13.1 Forza Majeure represents any event that cannot be controlled, resolved or stipulated, independent of the organizer's will and whose appearance is unable to fulfill the obligations assumed by this regulation. The organizer will be exempted from any liability if the campaign is carried out is prevented or delayed by a case of force majeure or if, following this major situation, the execution of any of the obligations assumed based on this regulation is prevented.

13.2. The organizer, if he invokes the strength Majeure, is obliged to communicate to the participants in the campaign the existence within 5 (five) working days from the occurrence of the strength majeure.

Section 14. disputes

14.1 In the case of disputes between Mewi and the participants in the competition, they will be resolved amicably. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes, the parties involved in the dispute will present the dispute for the regulation to the competent Romanian courts.

Section 15. Other clauses

15.1 The prizes not granted will remain owned by the organizer who will be able to dispose of them freely in the way in which it will consider it necessary or suitable for its interests.

15.2 The participants in the campaign are not imposed on additional or indirect expenses, with the exception of the normal costs of the campaign.
